Dates and addresses
One of the best Moscow venues, Gostiny Dvor, invites authors from Russia and foreign countries to take part in the "Art-Salon International Exhibition and Fair of Contemporary Art in Gostiny Dvor".

DATES: 14-17 august 2019;
HALL: Gostiny Dvor, Moscow, Ilyinka street 4.
WORKING HOURS: 11:00-20:00

Registration: till 7 august 2019.

Information for IN PERSON works:
Admission of in person participants works to the exhibition: 13 august 2019, from 11:00 till 16:00, 
Check-in and check-out on the assembly and disassembly of the exhibition are carried out from Varvarka St. — through the entrance №16.
If the author can't bring works to Gostiny Dvor, then it is possible to bring art objects to the organizing committee beforehand. (Moscow, Krymsky val street 8/2, office "Union of Artists"), to pass to the territory you must leave a request: +7 925-433-88-21. Service cost (shipping and transportation to the exhibition - 5 euros / art object).

Information for IN ABSENTIA participants:
After sending the registration kit and confirmation by the organizing committee about the possibility of participation, the organizing committee will independently print the sent files and issue it into an album. 

Information for all participants (in person and in absentia):
The organizing committee provides the participant badges (it is possible to receive it at the organizing committee or at the entrance according to the lists of participants).
Main features of the exhibition
Important feature: 
During the passage of the exhibition-fair "International Art-Salon in Gostiny Dvor", incredibly popular exhibitions will be held simultaneously and in the same exhibition space:

- The 17th international exhibition of hats, clothes and accessories “Fashion Week Chapeau 2019”;
- 7th leather and fur salon «MosFur»;
- Children's Fashion and Art Week «KiDS»;
- All-Russian Exhibition of Traditional Arts "Contemporary Masters of Decorative and Applied Arts of Russia».

There will be a lot of visitors and participants!
Basic requirement:
Art objects must be original, individual, not a reproduction or copy of existing works of art.
Basic documents for registration:
a) application form (download in format Word, PDF)
b) labels for each art object (download in format Word, PDF);
c) author's photo not less than 3x4 cm.;
d) photographic images of entries (not less than 200 dpi, not more than 15 MB);
e) a copy of the payment of the entrance fee (go to the section"Entry Fee")

Registration sequence:
Stage 1: determine which section of the exhibition you will take part in (see section "Expo Art Hall");
Stage 2: send registration materials to e-mail: info@artsalon.info (send: questionnaire, labels, photos of the work and photo of the author);
Stage 3: wait for confirmation from the organizing committee about the possibility of including art objects in the exhibition;
Stage 4: pay the registration fee and send a copy or screenshot of the payment to the organizing committee (go to the "Registration fee" section);
Stage 5: the organizing committee sends the author a personalized invitation card and registration number, which means that the work (-s) are included in the exhibition;
Stage 6: in person and in absentia authors have the opportunity to visit the exhibition and related programs;
Stage 7: at the end of the exhibition, the organizing committee will issue diplomas for participation:
-The organizing committee sends diplomas to in absentia participants in electronic form and, if desired, in paper, by post;
- in person participants diplomas will be awarded upon completion of the exhibition at Gostiny Dvor, and then be stored in the organizing committee.
The following forms of participation in the International Exhibition Fair "Art-Salon in the Gostiny Dvor" are provided:
a) in person participation - the originals of works are exhibited in Gostiny Dvor:
1. Art-Solo: personal galleries
2. Art-Team: collective galleries
3. Art-Group: collective exhibition
4. Art-Booth: equipped stands
5. Art-Floor: open space

b) in absentia participation - art objects are presented at the exhibition in the form of photocopies, in the album.

If necessary, the organizing committee can provide the exhibition administrators working during the whole exhibition time. - from 11:00 to 20:00, from 14 to 17 August 2019.

What is provided to the authors at the exhibition:

1. Art-Solo: personal galleries
- museum-type walls, 3.5 meters high;
- stand color - light gray (can be changed by the request of the author);
- professional exhibition lighting;
- frieze (inscription);
- publication in the catalog .
2. Art-Team: collective galleries
- museum-type walls, 3.5 meters high;
- stand color - light gray (can be changed by the request of the author);
- professional exhibition lighting;
- frieze (inscription) 
- a chair and a table;
- publication in the catalog .
3. Art-Group: collective exhibition
- museum-type walls, 3.5 meters high;
- stand color - light gray;

4. Art-Booth: equipped stands

- glass shelf with backlight;
- stand color - light gray (can be changed by the request of the author);

5. Art-Floor: open space
- floor space from 1 sq.m.

6. Art-Book: photocopies presentation

- presentation of photocopies in the form of an album;
- the album is placed in a common space, on the table, with the opportunity for visitors to sit down and familiarize themselves;
- publication in the catalog.

1. Art-Book (in absentia participation, works are exhibited in the form of photocopies, works are participating in the competition)

- Reduced Rate: - If participated in one of the projects before "Art Week" or "Talent of Russia": 25 euros

2. Art-Group (works are placed on a common wall, in collective exposure, works are participating in the competition)

a) painting up to 50 cm on the larger side: 40 euros.
b) painting from 51 to 90 cm on the larger side: 55 euro.
c) painting from 91 to 120 cm on the larger side: 70 euro.
d) painting from 121 to 150 cm on the larger side: 85 euros.

- If you are participating for the first time: 
a) painting up to 50 cm on the larger side: 45 euros.
b) painting from 51 to 90 cm on the larger side: 60 euro.
c) painting from 91 to 120 cm on the larger side: 75 euro.
d) painting from 121 to 150 cm on the larger side: 90 euros.

3. Art-Solo (Personal stand of the individual author) 
- Exhibition wall : 95 euros per linear meter,

Publication in a catalog
All participants of the International Exhibition Fair "Art-Salon in Gostiny Dvor" are published in the catalog.

Exhibitors are published in the following proportions.:

Diplomas
All participants receive diplomas for participation.
The Organizing Committee issues diplomas to exhibitors on the last day of the exhibition.:
-the organizing committee sends diplomas to in absentia participants in electronic form and, if desired, in paper, by Russian post office.
- in person participants will be awarded diplomas upon completion of the exhibition in Gostiny Dvor, and then the diplomas will be stored in the organizing committee.

The cost of sending a diploma by post of Russia: 90 rubles / for an envelope / up to 3 diplomas in one envelope
Master classes, lectures and special programs
The exhibition will host a large number of master classes, lecture halls, creative meetings, special programs.. 
The Organizing Committee accepts applications for a master class / lecture / or advertising presentation.
To submit an application for an appointment, go to the section “Offer a master class, lecture or creative presentation”
All exhibitors (in person and in absentia) receive a participant's badge, according to which it is possible to attend the exhibition on any of the exhibition days for free.
Additionally, you can order invitation cards with a discount (cost 100 rubles), on any of the days of the exhibition.
